Booking
Appointments can be made through our online booking system at /book, by phone on +44 7795 467912, or in person at the salon.
When you book online, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you provide. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before re-booking.
Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the salon at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, contactless card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
No deposit is required to make a booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link in your confirmation email, by replying to that email, or by phone.
There is no cancellation fee. We would simply appreciate as much notice as you can give, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Lateness
Please arrive a few minutes before your booked time. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to keep the rest of the day on time.
Age restrictions
Kids' services are for ages 8–12. Children under 8 should not have gel polish applied. Anyone under 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the appointment.
Health and contraindications
Pressotherapy is not suitable for everyone — see the service page for the full list of contraindications. If you're unsure, please consult your GP before booking. By proceeding with the booking you confirm you've read the contraindications.
Liability
We carry the appropriate professional and public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English and Scottish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
