What we collect
When you book an appointment through this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Booking details (service, date, time, master)
- Any notes you choose to add to your booking
To see how the site is used we use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics — it counts visits and page views without setting cookies, tracking you across other websites, or building a profile of you. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we do not require account creation or passwords.
Why we collect it
Your details are used solely to manage your booking — to confirm the appointment by email, to contact you if we need to reschedule, and to keep a record of services you've had. The lawful basis is performance of a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
We retain your booking history for two years from your last appointment, after which it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Who we share it with
We use the following processors:
- Supabase — secure database hosting (EU region).
- Resend — sending booking confirmation emails.
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
We do not sell your data, share it with marketing partners, or transfer it outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office

Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. The only cookies it uses are strictly necessary ones — the sign-in session for salon staff using the private admin area — which do not require consent under PECR. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner to click through.
Changes
We will update this page if anything material changes. Material changes will be notified by email to anyone with an upcoming booking.
