What we collect
When you book an appointment through this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Booking details (service, date, time, master)
- Any notes you choose to add to your booking
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or trackers. We do not require account creation or passwords.
Why we collect it
Your details are used solely to manage your booking — to confirm the appointment by email, to contact you if we need to reschedule, and to keep a record of services you've had. The lawful basis is performance of a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
We retain your booking history for two years from your last appointment, after which it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Who we share it with
We use the following processors:
- Supabase — secure database hosting (EU region).
- Resend — sending booking confirmation emails.
- Vercel — website hosting.
We do not sell your data, share it with marketing partners, or transfer it outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office

Cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session tokens during the booking flow) which do not require consent under PECR.
Changes
We will update this page if anything material changes. Material changes will be notified by email to anyone with an upcoming booking.
