Body treatments
Pressotherapy in Aberdeen.
A full-body lymphatic-drainage massage in a 48-chamber compression suit. Forty quiet minutes that help with circulation, swelling, recovery — and the general business of feeling like a person again.
What it is.
Pressotherapy is an innovative way to support the body's lymphatic and circulatory systems. The suit has 48 individual chambers wrapped around your feet, legs, abdomen, arms, and chest. Each chamber inflates and deflates in a programmed sequence — gentle, rhythmic, moving from the periphery towards the heart.
You stay fully clothed (we provide a disposable layer if you prefer), the lights are dimmed, and you have the room to yourself. Most people fall asleep around minute four. That's expected.
What it's good for.
Improved circulation
Boosts blood flow through the legs and torso — particularly noticeable for people who sit at a desk all day.
Lymphatic drainage
Helps the lymphatic system clear metabolic waste like lactic acid — useful for recovery and general wellbeing.
Reduced swelling
Visible reduction in puffiness in the legs, ankles, and abdomen, often after a single session.
Post-exercise recovery
Eases soreness and fatigue after training, allowing more frequent and intense sessions.
Improved mobility
Reduced swelling translates to better range of motion through the hips and ankles.
Oedema management
Supports clients dealing with chronic fluid retention by improving lymphatic return.
